A major IMR and ROV operator selected FOX Subsea to provide the new Modular Subsea Control System «MODFOX M1 – RWOCS» to serve the subsea structures at MERO FIELD (Petrobras) with innovative and reliable intervention operations. The modularity of the MODFOX control system secures the high demand of functionalities to be installed in a compact and smart designed MODFOX RWOCS Skid.
MODFOX RWOCS is configured with 24 pcs of high pressure outlets, dual pump system for multi fluid storage, 425 liter reservoir capacity and functionality for pressure recording and flow monitoring. The project delivery will utilize FOX Subsea onshore Mission Control Center for training of ROV personnel as well as operational support throughout the three year contract period. Contract delivery will also include a ROV mounted High Flow High Pressure BOP Shutdown Skid, sourced from FOX Subsea’s sister-company Envirent AS.
