Envirex Group AS announces agreement to sell subsea business to SLB OneSubsea

Bryne, March 12, 2026 — Envirex Group AS announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell the group’s subsea business to SLB OneSubsea.

As a result of the transaction, Envirex Group AS and its subsea business would become part of SLB OneSubsea.

Envirex Group and SLB OneSubsea have collaborated over many years across a range of subsea technology developments and offshore operations. The agreement reflects this long-standing collaboration between the organizations.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Until the transaction is completed, Envirex Group and SLB OneSubsea will continue to operate as separate and independent businesses.
